We provide the current government-approved courses specially designed for workplaces and career opportunities. If you are a general person in the caregiving profession or the educational sector, these courses can improve your opportunities. For new parents, we have also designed a special First Aid Course in Ballarat. After completion, students are provided their certificates (statement of attainment) either in a PDF format or hardcopy.
Before attending, students need to complete an online course, print a certificate or take a screenshot, and present it to the trainer on the day of the training. This is required only for the Online pre-course for the Express First Aid, Express CPR and Express Childcare first aid courses. For the remaining courses: Standard CPR, Standard First Aid, Standard Childcare First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis, no online course is required.

Can I claim a first-aid course on my taxes?
