Certificates
After completing the courses, students can choose between two options to receive two types of certificates. One is a hard copy, and the other is the PDF. As our certificates are nationally accredited, they are valid all over of Australia. You can renew your first aid certificate every three years after updating your skills.


Online Pre-Course Requirement
Students who enrol in an express course are required to complete an online course prior to attendance. After completing the online course, students are required to take screenshots or print the certificate before attending the express courses. Only Express First Aid, Express CPR and Express Childcare First Aid courses come under these criteria. The rest of the trainings, like Standard CPR, Standard First Aid, Standard Childcare First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis courses, are not required to complete an online course prior to attendance.

Additionally, CPR-accredited individuals must renew their CPR certification every 12 months. Our express and standard first aid courses are renewable. Can I claim a first-aid course on my taxes?
Yes, you can. If you are the assigned first aid attendant in your workplace and are required to obtain a first aid accreditation to support emergency situations at work, you might be able to claim courses on tax. However, if your employer covers the cost of your training, whether upfront or through reimbursement, you cannot make this deduction at tax time.
